Terms and Conditions

 

1. To enter the competition log on to the website and fill out the fields provided.
2. Entry into this Competition indicates an acceptance and agreement of all these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you should not enter the competition.
3. Entry is open to NZ residents except employees (and such employees’ immediate families) of My Jeweller Limited. APN New Zealand Limited their agencies associated with the promotion. Failure to provide all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid.
4. Each completed and valid entry will be entered into the draw to win. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions, and any late, illegal incomplete, illegible, will be deemed invalid. My Jeweller reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry.

 

Prize Details

1. One winner will receive a solid silver bracelet with contemporary silver bolt ring.
2. The prize draw will take place by 5pm Wednesday, December 01,2011.
3. The winner will be notified by email and confirmed in writing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14days of the draw, that the winner will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be made.
4. The prize is not exchangeable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
5. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. All entries become the property of My Jeweller. My Jeweller collects and holds personal information with each entry, to be used to notify the prize winner, to verify prize winner’s identity and, unless otherwise requested may be used for future promotional activities conducted by My Jeweller. Under the Privacy Act 1993, all individuals have rights to access to and correction of their personal information held by My Jeweller, P.O Box 1019 Whangarei. Failure to provide all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid.
7. The winner’s name and photo may be used for publicity purpose and by accepting the prize the winner must make himself/herself available for this purpose
