After an initial consultation, you sent us through sketch drawings, which were thoroughly considered before going to the next phase of showing us a wax model of the rings. Because I was using some existing stones, you had the extra complication of removing them from settings and working them into the new stones, matching them perfectly. We wanted a point of difference in the design of our wedding rings, and you gave us that. You were mindful of the costing all the way through the process, and suggested ways of getting the best value for money while in the planning phase of the design.–You were amenable to us often changing appointments at the last minute because of work commitments, and went out of your way to make the planning, designing and manufacturing of our wedding rings a very pleasant and stress free experience.
